As part of our predictive assessment process, The Devine Group compiles the ideal traits for each position into what we call a Success Profile™.

Success Profiles are created by The Devine Group and are pre-loaded into the Inventory. These profiles were developed by experts who spent years observing top workers complete their jobs. The profiles are updated as roles change and the standards of corporate culture evolve. To support our Success Profiles, all of the common jobs found in corporations throughout the world are pre-loaded into the Inventory.

Finally, we know that to be personally and professionally satisfied, an employee’s personality must fit the corporate culture into which he or she is entering. The Inventory allows you to add traits indicative of your organization’s culture, helping to increase the likelihood of successfully matching a candidate to each role.
